Across Western Oregon, faithful congregations are working hard to sustain vibrant communities of worship, service and fellowship. Yet for some smaller or financially vulnerable congregations, the cost of consistent clergy leadership can be difficult to sustain.

Without reliable priestly presence, congregations can face disruptions in worship, pastoral care and the relationships that hold a community together.

A consistent priestly presence is essential to the life of a congregation, not only for worship, but for pastoral care, spiritual formation and helping communities discern and live out their mission. This campaign will establish a permanent endowment to support parishes and missions that need clergy leadership, providing a sustainable source of funding to help ensure continuity in worship and pastoral care and greater long-term stability for congregations across Western Oregon.
